Static Section - Header - Upper & Lower
The site header contains the main header elements of your site, such as the navigation, search bar and cart icon amongst other things. There are two states that the site header can be in depending on where you are on a page. If you are at the very top of the page, the site header will be in its normal state and will show the top part of the site header too. When you begin scrolling down the page, the site header will be in a “Stuck” state and stick to the top of the browser window while scrolling. Keep this in mind when configuring your site’s header area.
Color Settings
There are two main colors for this – The background in its normal state, and one for it’s “Sticky” state. If you want to overlay the header with another element, you can set the normal background color to “None”. This will make it transparent so you can “see through” to the element underneath, which could be a banner.
V2.1.0 Introduces a separate value for the homepage version of this area. Some homepages can appear differently to other pages of a site, therefore this setting will allow you to apply a different background color for the homepage only. This is useful if you want an overlay effect on top of a banner slider. Sim[ply set the background color to “Transparent”
Layout
Like the Site Header Top, you can have a “Boxed” layout or a full width layout. Full width layouts will stretch the content to the edges of the browser window.
